Product description


It is a free standing mobile screw elevator with an integral loading hopper. A rotating paddle inside the loading hopper loosens the hopper contents and assists the feed into the tubular screw elevator section. The screw then elevates the material and discharges it into processing or packaging machinery as required.

Screw Elevator’s discharge height, hopper capacity is able to be customized that depending on different powders’ density and detail requests, suitable for flour, milk powder, starch, spices, ground coffee, instant drinks etc powder products’ elevating application.

Working Principle


Screw Elevator Conveyor for Powder Grain consists of electric motor driven spiral, which is the only moving part, rotates within a food grade & sealed tube.The material moves along the spiral within the tube. The unique action of the flexible spiral conveyor eliminates the risk of the product separation that can take place in conventional pneumatic conveying systems where mixed materials have components of different densities and particle size.
